I was a little worried they'd be too shallow for soup, but the open form is actually great for pasta and grain bowls. The high-fired porcelain feels really solid and substantial in hand, not flimsy at all. Already used them for a big shared salad night and they cleaned up like a dream.

The 9-inch size is perfect for a generous pasta portion without looking crowded, and the high-fired porcelain feels impressively sturdy. They stack neatly without taking up too much cabinet space, which I really appreciate.

I’ve been using these for everything from pasta to soup, and the high-fired porcelain feels really solid without being heavy. The 9" size is just right for a generous serving without spilling over the sides.
