The high-fired porcelain feels dense and sturdy, and the oval shape gives plenty of room for a roast and sides without crowding. I’ve already thrown it in the microwave to reheat leftovers, then popped it in the freezer after—it handled both without a hitch.

I love that this platter is both microwave and oven-safe up to 350°F, so I can heat leftovers directly on it without transferring to another dish. It’s held up perfectly after several uses, and the high-fired porcelain feels sturdy yet elegant.

I was a little nervous about putting a ceramic platter in the oven, but this one handled a 350°F lasagna perfectly and came out spotless. It’s also been great for bringing cold fruit straight from the freezer to the table.
